Returns Policy

Important Information to Know

We're confident that you will love your beautiful new items , however if you wish to return an item you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including original postage cost. You are required to pay your own return postage unless item is received damaged. Please contact us regarding any returns to maria@cinnamon-boutique.co.uk

When returning a product please make sure it is packaged safely in its original packaging so that it doesn't get damaged in transit otherwise we may not be able to refund or replace the item for you.
 

Personalised items

All personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned as these have been made bespoke just for you.

Damaged or faulty items

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt. Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the item. In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us at acaciainteriors@outlook.com with your order number, photographic evidence of the damage product (so we can forward this to our courier) and state if you would like a replacement or refund. We will then arrange to collect the damaged item and send a replacement if requested.

All returns and damages must be returned in original packaging.
